Another milestone for Jermaine.

Jermaine joins the Banyana Banyana icons list to make it to 100 caps.

                                                              Jermaine Seoposenwe

Who is Jermaine: Jermaine Seoposenwe is a South African footballer that plays for a Mexican club called Monterrey and Banyana Banyana. She a player that catches the eye of spectators whenever she is playing for Monterrey and Banyana Banyana as the flair she displays on the pitch is simply phenomenal.

Honourable mentions of her achievements: Jermaine has had honourable mentions for the wonderful displays she has shown us over the years as she has been involved in the awards that are mentioned below.

Individual awards: Involved in the Women’s African Cup of Nations Team of the tournament 2022, and also involved in the IFFHS (International Federation of football history and statistics) CAF women's team of the year 2022.

Banyana Banyana: Won the Women’s African Cup of Nations in 2022 and was a runner up for the same tournament in 2018.

SC Braga: Jermaine has won the Taca de Portugal by scoring two goals against Benfica in the final, she is one class player to make such an immediate impact during the final. She has also won the Taca da Liga with Braga in 2022.

Here is a glimpse of Jermaine playing football.

Joining the 100 club: Jermaine makes history as she joins the Banyana hundred club with the likes of Refiloe Jane, Portia Modise, Amanda Dlamini, Noko Matlou, Nompumelelo Nyandeni, Janine van Wyk and Leandra Smeda. She is still adding on to her Banyana Banyana caps at the moment as she still has a lot to offer for Banyana as she is still 30 years old at the moment and her experience and flair is still needed in the team for sure.

It is definitely such a proud moment for Jermaine as this is a wonderful achievement, but she does not really count these accolades as she stated that " It's just another milestone in my career, I am not really aa person that puts emphasis on whether I have one cap, fifty or a hundred caps" in her recent interview with Sasol.
