Progressive move for women's sport: This can be considered as a progressive move for the growth in women's sports as much as this is a morale booster for the women's team, it however shows that equality is the way to go forward. This will also motivate other sports and organizations to take this initiative and implement it even further as it will make progress in having equality in sports.

"Gender equality is not dependent on the government; it is dependent on our advocacy and our mindset".

The CSA then further unveiled a league for professional cricketers which will likely begin in the 2023-2024 season. The new league will consist of the top 6 teams, and they will form a league of their own, the teams will consist of a head coach, assistant coach, conditioning coach, and a physiotherapist. This is growth within the cricket department as more talent will be showcased by women in cricket. This is what we call exciting times.
